Inclusions

Supreme Building Cleans achieves a beautiful mirror finish in all bathrooms. Bathroom tiles and marble are all cleaned individually, treated where necessary for grout and silicon residues, and hand dried.

Your construction clean includes full internal and external glass cleaning, removal of all trade stickers, and vacuuming of all carpets and garages.

We remove construction dust, electrical debris and more from all cabinets and drawers. This includes unpacking of all cabinetry, vac dust and brushing all sliders and corners, sanitising cabinetry and repacking.

When cleaning of bench tops, we remove dust using a set of mircofibre vac brushes before they are washed, treated for imperfections, re-washed, and finally bladed dry for a streak-free finish.

Our builder clean professionals wash and microfibre all internal doors that have construction dust on them. We clean above all windows and doorframes – vac dusting with a gentle brush, and finishing with a damp cloth to eliminate any remaining dust residue.

Our team undertakes a full internal clean of all aluminium joinery, including all doorframes, tracks and window frames. We vac dust (using paint brushes to get into every nook and cranny) all construction dust, then treat surfaces for any possible construction debris, and finish with a hand wash, dry and polish.

We ensure the best finish on walls by removing dust using a specialised vac dust system. All scuffs and marks lefts by trades are reduced, if not removed completely, using specialised products that don’t damage freshly painted walls. Skirting boards are paintbrush and vac dust cleaned, then damp wiped to eliminate any remaining residue.

Supreme Building Cleans achieves a flawless finish on hard floors. Our team hand wash floors on our hands and knees, which allows us to look as closely as possible at any flooring issues that need to be remedied (such as silicon smears, grouters lumps or constructions scuffs). We treat flooring for issues where necessary, and then hand dry for a spectacular finish.
